All finished products provided by us must be guaranteed for three years. If the products does not meet China National Cosmetics Standards and Related Corporate Standards (subject to the inspection reports of Chinese national regulators) during the shelf life, we shall replace them for free. We can assist you in handling relevant insurance business, but you shall bear the cost. We are not responsible for product damages caused by your improper storage in the course of sales or transportation or products that are out of the shelf life.
Prepay 50% of the total amount of the order. We will notify you within 3 working days after completing the processing and manufacturing project, and we will arrange delivery after you pay the balance and freight.
